Return & Exchange Policy – Nexzen Style

We want you to shop with confidence at Nexzen Style. If there is an issue with your order, we will do our best to assist you fairly and promptly.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within [14] days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • the item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • the item is returned with original packaging and tags, where applicable
  • the item is not listed as non-returnable below

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product protection reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective. These may include:

  • opened or used bedding items
  • opened or used bath textiles
  • clearance or final sale items
  • customized, private label, OEM, made-to-order, or wholesale orders
  • gift cards, if applicable

Return Process

To request a return or exchange, please email with:

  • your order number
  • the item(s) you want to return
  • the reason for the request
  • supporting photos, if the item is damaged or incorrect

If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the issue was caused by us.

Exchanges

If you would like an exchange, we will process it subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit, depending on the situation.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within [15 business days]. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within [14 days] of delivery. We may ask for photos and order details so we can review the matter and resolve it quickly.
